The following is a brief scene from
chapter 6, "Talking to God" from the
The God Dichotomy: Letting Go.
"See the sunflowers?" Teacher began,
"They are a unified body of flowers
sharing their space and access to the
sun equally. Not one flower tries to
usurp another for they know it would
create chaos. Here they share equally
and each flower flourishes and grows
to its optimum ability, all because they
work together in unison. Man needs to bond together like the sunflowers.
There is not one unhappy or ignored sunflower in this entire valley! Here joy
and peace prevail! You can learn a lot from these sunflowers." Teacher
paused briefly. "Listen to the flowers, they speak."
"I can't hear anything."
"They don't speak in language, they speak in consciousness. Listen
with your heart and you will hear them. Your ears are of no use here."
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. Clarity came quickly and
within my clear mind I heard. I heard the sound of happiness and
gaiety; I felt the dancing to and fro; I smelled the fragrance of exotic
perfumes; and I saw the rainbows displaying their vivid colors high
above. Before me were Beings of Consciousness completely at peace
with their environment; completely comfortable with who they are
and completely accepting their purpose. "I hear them! I see them! I
feel them! I smell them!"
"As you should," Teacher began, "Here all the senses work in
unison, they are never independent of each other. Here the experience
is complete; it is never partial. Nothing is ever withheld. Everything
is complete and as it should be. Everyone and everything shares in
the experience; every Spirit, every rock, every flower, every plant,
everything involved shares in the experience. Not only does everyone
and everything share in the experience, they all share the Love.
Everything absorbs the Love and, in return, releases the Love. It is a
never ending cycle, which continues world without end!"
