It has been years in the making! Not being a political or, for that matter, a religious person, I've too often opted to keep silent as issues and events around me exploded into local and national stories that begged for my involvement. Until now, I have remained silent.
Looking at the world today, there are major issues and differences that have led to confrontations and, at times, deadly violence. Our planet has become sectionalized by race, nationalities and religion to the point where people have become marginalized by limiting their rights and freedoms.
I am mostly concerned about the effects religion and dogmas have on our politics and social values. It seems that we have become a nation of exclusion rather than inclusion, all the while touting the values of Christianity, Judaism, Islam or whatever belief system anyone may have.
The God Dichotomy is, quite simply, the difference between the permeating belief that God resides "somewhere out there," instead of acknowledging his presence within each and every one of us. Once we realize, and truly understand that premise, it will be easy to move from that "an eye for an eye" mentality to a "do unto others as you would have them do to you" principle.
I have trademarked a simple logo that, I feel, captures my understanding of God and our connection to the Divine Energy Source. The heart and infinity sign are emblematic of God's eternal love which permeates to all people who are bound in one universal brotherhood. Quite simply, the logo illustrates our connection to God and each other. "One cannot proclaim the fatherhood of God while ignoring the brotherhood of man." Urantia Book
